DOYLE WIEBE
Partner & Co-Founder
BSA - Ag. Economics, ICD.D
Doyle has had a varied career on and off the farm that he is now transitioning away from after shepherding its growth from 800 to now over 6000 acres of dry-land grain production. Overcoming the plethora of challenges associated with the grain production business generally, as well as those due to marginal soil, have been some of his most noted achievements.
As an entrepreneur, Doyle has been instrumental in the creation, management and governance of several agri-business venture startups. One was sold to a Crown Corp., one to a competitor, and another to a partner. As a consultant, he assisted farmers in bettering their financial management skills and consulted on using a joint venture model as a succession plan. From training farmers on the first generation of personal computers, to helping them complete financial analysis to avoid bankruptcy, Doyle continues to put clients’ needs first.
